Before: Patient was unhappy with the appearance of the old crowns on her top teeth, and her lower teeth were severely worn. She was also missing a couple of teeth on the bottom.
After: The upper gums were reshaped to a more esthetically pleasing contour and new porcelain crowns were made. Porcelain crowns were made for the lower teeth to restore the worn away tooth structure, reestablish proper shape and function, and create a brighter smile. Implants were placed in the area of the missing teeth on the bottom.

Our patient was missing two teeth, had a retained primary (baby) tooth, an unaesthetic crown, and narrow central incisors. Cosmetic procedures were used to restore the front six teeth. A single implant was used to replace the two missing teeth. Ceramic veneers were placed on the two central incisors and ceramic crowns were placed to replace the old crown and restore the retained primary tooth.
