Before: Patient needs Upper Arch Rehabilitation. The upper front teeth are stained, and the incisal edges (front tooth edges) are worn down and chipped. Gumline recession is also present.
After: Smile restored with placement of 8 Upper All Porcelain Crowns (Caps). Gumline and incisal edges are now uniform. Patient now has longer, better shaped teeth to enhance the smile line and aid in chewing/biting function.

Before: Patient was unhappy with the appearance of the old crowns on her top teeth, and her lower teeth were severely worn. She was also missing a couple of teeth on the bottom.
After: The upper gums were reshaped to a more esthetically pleasing contour and new porcelain crowns were made. Porcelain crowns were made for the lower teeth to restore the worn away tooth structure, reestablish proper shape and function, and create a brighter smile. Implants were placed in the area of the missing teeth on the bottom.
