Discover Denture Stabilization with MDIs with Dr. John A. Kush D.M.D
If you are currently a denture wearer, there is a good chance that you are not happy with the way your dentures fit. Often times they require glue, relines, or can come loose while eating, talking, or laughing. By using Mini Dental Implants (MDIs) to stabilize your dentures, you will no longer need to worry about them coming loose when you eat the foods you enjoy.

The MDI system consists of miniature titanium implants that act like the roots of your teeth and metal housings placed in the base of your denture. The head of the implant is shaped like a ball, and the metal housing acts like a socket that contains a rubber O-ring. The O-ring snaps over the ball when the denture is seated and holds the denture at a predetermined level of force.
The placement of the MDIs is accomplished quickly and easily in our office, requiring only local anesthesia. Using a precise and minimally invasive technique, the implants are placed into the jawbone. The heads of the implants protrude from the gum tissue to provide a solid foundation for securing your denture. It is a one-step procedure that involves neither sutures nor the typical months of healing associated with other implants. In fact you can get your MDIs placed in the morning and enjoy your favorite lunch the same day with very minimal soreness.
The first place to start when considering an implant stabilized denture is a consultation with Dr. Kush. He will start by taking a scan of your mouth and providing you with options. The most exciting part of these advanced dental implants is their affordable price. Financing options are also available.
